Hashed, not stored
IP addresses, user agents and checkout tokens are hashed on arrival. The raw values are never written to a database or a log.
One owner per store
The account that connects a store owns it. Nobody else gets access unless the owner invites them.
Delete on request
Remove any session from the dashboard. Uninstall the app and Sam stops collecting straight away.
